摘　　要：目的描述深圳市宝安区2019年一起本地登革热暴发疫情的流行特征,探讨防控措施及其效果。方法通过中国疾病预防控制系统收集铁仔山公园本地登革热疫情资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析、布雷图指数(BI)对灭蚊效果进行评估。结果2019年8月18日-8月29日共报告登革热本地病例8例,其中男、女各4例,年龄最小26岁,最大76岁,平均年龄(41.27±16.80)岁。职业以工人、待业为主(5例占62.50%)。5例病例在铁仔山公园有暴露史,3例病例住在铁仔山公园山下的工业园区。22天共清理3.85万处蚊虫孳生地,消杀面积共3695万平方米,共用消杀药物2.1万千克。23个疫点一周内布雷图指数全部降低至5以下。结论及时采取清理孳生地、灭蚊等措施后,疫情得到了有效控制。今后应在夏季前加强对公园登革热防控的指导和督导。Objective To describe the epidemic characteristics of a local dengue fever outbreak in Bao'an District,Shenzhen in 2019,and to discuss prevention and control measures and their effects.Methods The data of local dengue fever epidemic in Tiezi Mountain Park were collected through the China Disease Control and Prevention System,and the descriptive epidemiological method was used for analysis,and the efficacy of mosquito control was evaluated by the Bretto Index(BI).Results From August 18 to August 29,2019,a total of 8 local cases of dengue fever were reported,including 4 males and 4 females,with an average age of(41.27±16.80).Workers and unemployed(5 cases accounting for 62.50%).Five cases had a history of exposure in Tiezai Mountain Park,and three cases lived in the industrial park at the foot of Tiezai Mountain Park.In 22 days,38500 mosquito breeding sites were cleared,with a total area of 36.95 million m2 for disinfection and sterilization and 21000kg of disinfection and sterilization drugs.The BI of all 23 epidemic spots decreased to below 5 within a week.Conclusion The epidemic situation was effectively controlled after taking measures such as clearing breeding grounds and killing mosquitoes in time.In the future,we should strengthen the guidance and supervision on the prevention and control of dengue fever in the park before summer.
