灭鼠药急性中毒的抢救与护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析灭鼠药急性中毒患者的抢救与护理体会。方法此次实验研究对象的纳入时间介于2020年1月-2022年9月之间,共包括在天津医科大学第二医院接受灭鼠药急性中毒治疗的患者32例,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为实验组与对比组,其中对比组有患者16例,给予常规抢救与护理,实验组有患者16例,给予优质抢救与护理,分析比较两组患者的抢救与预后效果。结果统计学分析两组患者治愈率后可知,实验组显著高于对比组,存在显著性统计学差异,P<0.05。在后遗症发生率的比较上,实验组明显低于对比组,两组患者之间的差异显著,P<0.05。抢救护理前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分并无显著差异,P>0.05;抢救与护理后,实验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分相对于对比组患者明显较低,P<0.05。结论在实施灭鼠药急性中毒患者抢救与护理的过程中选择科学、合理的方法与措施至关重要,其中优质抢救与护理更加全面且具有针对性,满足了灭鼠药急性中毒患者的抢救与护理需求,治愈率较高且后遗症较少,使患者心理状态更为平稳。Objective To analyze the rescue and nursing experience of patients with acute rodenticide poisoning.Methods The study subjects were enrolled from January 2020 to September 2022,including 32 patients who were treated for acute rodenticide poisoning in hospital,according to the method of computer random grouping,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,in which 16 patients in the control group were given routine rescue and nursing,and 16 patients in the experimental group were given high quality rescue and nursing,to analyze and compare the rescue and prognosis of the two groups.Results The results showed that the cure rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of sequelae in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before rescue and nursing,P>0.05;the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after rescue and nursing,P>0.05.Conclusion It is very important to select scientific and reasonable methods and measures in the process of rescuing and nursing the patients with acute poisoning of rodenticide,among which the high-quality rescuing and nursing are more comprehensive and targeted,it can meet the needs of rescue and nursing for the patients with acute poisoning of rodenticides.The cure rate is higher and the sequelae are fewer,which makes the psychological state of the patients more stable.
