摘  要:目的探讨基于新媒体的健康宣教对儿科住院陪护家属健康素养的影响。方法选取2022年6月-2022年7月于江南大学附属儿童医院治疗患儿的陪护家属180人次,运用随机数字表法分为对照组90人次和观察组90人次。对照组予以常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组基础上予以基于新媒体的健康宣教模式干预,干预方案细化为一级项目4项,二级项目12项,三级项目49项,两组均干预住院全程。对比两组出院时陪护家属健康素养评价指标,分为三个维度,11条项目。结果数据运用SPSS25.0统计学软件进行处理分析。计量资料运用x±s表示,并行t检验;对照组家属健康素养总分为(22.83±3.65)分,观察组总分为(24.68±3.96)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。两组条目1、条目2、条目5、条目6评分对比,组间差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;其余条目无统计学意义。观察组三个维度的得分从高到低分别是功能性健康素养、互动性健康素养、批判性健康素养,其中互动性健康素养和功能性健康素养的得分比较,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论基于新媒体的健康宣教方式能提高儿科住院陪护家属的健康素养水平。建议今后就提高批判性健康素养及减少影响健康素养干扰因素进一步探讨。Objective To explore the influence of health education based on new media on the health literacy of the family members of pediatric inpatients.Methods From June 2022 to July 2022,180 family members of children treated in our ward were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 members in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given health education mode intervention based on new media on the basis of the control group.The intervention programs were divided into 4 first-level items,12 second-level items and 49 third-level items.Both groups were involved in the whole hospitalization.The health literacy evaluation indexes of the accompanying family members were compared between the two groups,which were divided into 3 dimensions and 11 items.Results The total score of health literacy was(22.83±3.65)in the control group and(24.68±3.96)in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in scores of item 1,item 2,item 5 and item 6 between the two groups was statistically significant,while the other items were not.The scores of the three dimensions of health literacy in the observation group from high to low were functional health literacy,interactive health literacy and critical health literacy,among which the scores of interactive health literacy and functional health literacy were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion The health education method based on new media can improve the health literacy level of the family members of pediatric inpatients.It is suggested to further discuss how to improve evaluative health literacy and reduce the interfering factors affecting health literacy in the future.
