肌松剂治疗破伤风的观察及护理研究

摘　　要：目的分析运用肌松剂实施破伤风患者治疗过程中的护理方法与对策。方法此次实验研究将3年间(2019年9月-2022年9月)在天津市第二人民医院接受肌松剂治疗的破伤风患者56例作为实验对象,根据所运用护理方法的不同将患者分为人数相同的两组,其中28例患者作为观察组,其接受护理服务的方法为全面护理干预,另外28例患者作为对照组,其接受护理服务的方法为常规护理,分析不同护理方法所获得的具体效果。结果观察组患者静脉炎发生率与严重程度均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗舒适度与对照组患者相比均明显较高,P<0.05。护理前两组患者心理状态无明显差异,P>0.05;护理后观察组患者心理状态更为稳定,显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。对比分析两组患者静脉留置针留置时间、非正常拔管率以及并发症发生率后可知,观察组患者与对照组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论对于接受肌松剂治疗的破伤风患者来说,积极做好护理工作十分重要,其中全面护理干预是相对较为理想的一种护理方法。Objective To analyze the nursing methods and countermeasures of tetanus patients treated with muscle relaxant.Methods Fifty-six patients with tetanus were treated with muscle relaxants in a hospital during a 3-year period(September 2019 to September 2022),the patients were divided into two groups with the same number of patients according to the different nursing methods.28 patients were taken as the observation group,whose method of receiving nursing service was comprehensive nursing intervention,and the other 28 patients were taken as the control group,the method of receiving nursing service was routine nursing,and the concrete effects of different nursing methods were analyzed.Results The incidence and severity of phlebitis in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment comfort degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological status between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the psychological status of the patients in the observation group was more stable than that of the patients in the control group,P<0.05.After comparing and analyzing the indwelling time of venous indwelling needle,the rate of abnormal extubation and the incidence of complications,there was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion It is very important for the tetanus patients who received muscle relaxant to do nursing work actively,and the comprehensive nursing intervention is a relatively ideal nursing method.
