当归苦参丸联合甲硝唑凝胶外用对玫瑰痤疮的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨当归苦参丸联合甲硝唑凝胶外用对玫瑰痤疮的治疗效果。方法将80例玫瑰痤疮患者随机均分为仅用甲硝唑凝胶外用治疗的对照组(n=40)和当归苦参丸联合甲硝唑凝胶外用治疗的观察组(n=40),治疗8周后,比较两组患者治疗前后皮肤状态、症状评分和治疗效果。结果治疗8周后,两组患者皮损处pH值,红斑指数,经皮水分丢失量,面部红斑、丘疹脓包、瘙痒和色素沉着等症状得分均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更加显著,而角质层含水量呈相反趋势,组间和组内比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率(82.50%,33/40)明显高于对照组(60.00%,24/40),两组间比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归苦参丸联合甲硝唑凝胶外用能有效改善玫瑰痤疮患者皮肤状态和缓解症状,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Danggui Kushen Pill combined with metronidazole gel on rosacea.Methods 80 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)treated with metronidazole gel only and the observation group(n=40)treated with Danggui Kushen Pill combined with metronidazole gel for external use,where the skin status,symptom scores and treatment effects of the two groups were compared before and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the pH value,erythema index,transcutaneous water loss,facial erythema,papule and pustule,pruritus and pigmentation scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,where the decrease in the observation group was more significant,while the water content in the stratum corneum showed the opposite trend,which were significant differences between groups and within groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(82.50%,33/40)was significant higher than that in the control group(60.00%,24/40),where the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Danggui Kushen Pill combined with metronidazole gel for external use can effectively improve the skin condition and relieve symptoms of rosacea patients,where has a good therapeutic effect.
