摘 要:以球团矿生产用双相耐热铸钢为研究对象,采用增重法研究了其在900℃下的高温氧化特性,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线衍射对氧化膜的形貌、元素分布、物相组成进行了表征及分析。结果表明:该耐热铸钢在900℃下的氧化动力学曲线遵循抛物线规律,高温抗氧化性能优秀。氧化膜呈现出明显的双层结构,内层由保护性的片状Cr_(2)O_(3)组成,外层由MnCr_(2)O_(4)、FeCr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石氧化物组成;存在局部内氧化现象,内氧化区域存在富镍层以及弥散分布的SiO_(2)颗粒。该耐热铸钢在900℃下的高温氧化行为可划分为三个阶段:氧化膜的初步形成阶段、Cr_(2)O_(3)氧化层的迅速生长阶段以及MnCr_(2)O_(4)、FeCr_(2)O_(4)尖晶石氧化层的迅速生长阶段。The microstructure of cast duplex heat-resistant steel for pellet production was observed and its high-temperature oxidation characteristics at 900℃ were studied by weight gain method.The morphology,element distribution and phase composition of the oxide film were characterized and analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the oxidation kinetics curve of the heat-resistant cast steel at 900℃ followed the parabolic law,and the high-temperature oxidation resistance was excellent.The oxide film had an obvious double-layer structure.The inner layer was composed of protective flake Cr_(2)O_(3),and the outer layer was composed of MnCr_(2)O_(4) and FeCr_(2)O_(4) spinel oxides.Local internal oxidation occurred.And there was a nickel rich layer and dispersed SiO_(2) particles in the internal oxidation region.The high temperature oxidation behavior of the heat-resistant cast steel at 900℃ could be divided into three stages:the initial formation stage of oxide film,the rapid growth stage of Cr_(2)O_(3)oxide layer,and the rapid growth stage of MnCr_(2)O_(4) and FeCr_(2)O_(4) spinel oxide layer.
