亚临界再热背压机组旁路容量选型的研究

摘  要:结合某亚临界再热背压机组工程实际对再热背压机组的旁路系统设置进行研究,结果汇总:该机组旁路容量需考虑停机不停炉供热工况和机组回热系统需求,采用55%BMCR容量的高低压两级串联旁路系统,为再热背压机组旁路容量选型提供参考。Combined with the actual engineering of a subcritical reheat back pressure unit,the bypass system setting of the reheat back pressure unit is studied,and the results are summarized:the bypass capacity of the unit needs to consider the heating condition of the nonstop furnace and the demand of the unit's reheat system,and the high and low voltage two-stage series bypass system with 55%BMCR capacity is used to provide a reference for the selection of the bypass capacity of the reheat back pressure unit.
