面向配网调度技术支持系统的运维监控数字化实践

摘　　要：为了适应配电网系统数字化发展,松江供电公司对配网调度技术支持系统进行了升级改造。改造后的系统能够全面支持各类终端信息的接入,提升了配电网运行透明化水平。松江供电公司基于该系统进行了包括自动化运维模式、缺陷统计、调度监控等方面的数字化实践,提高了主站运维效率,实现了调度人员对配电网故障的主动研判、快速指挥,有效提升了配电网数据质量和调度智能化水平,确保松江供电公司配电网的平稳运行。In order to adapt to the digital development of distribution network system,Songjiang Power Supply Company has upgraded the technical support system of distribution network dispatching.The transformed system can fully support the access of various terminal information,and improve the transparency of distribution network operation.Based on the system,Songjiang Power Supply Company carried out digital practices including automatic operation and maintenance mode,defect statistics,dispatching monitoring,etc.,which improved the operation and maintenance efficiency of the main station,realized the active research and judgment and rapid command of dispatchers for distribution network faults,effectively improved the data quality and intelligent dispatching level of the distribution network,and ensured the smooth operation of the distribution network of Songjiang Power Supply Company.
