摘  要:为解决水闸传统开度测量的误差大、操作不便等问题,应用先进成熟的静磁栅行程传感器技术,对北方地区某大Ⅰ型拦河闸的17孔弧形闸门进行开度精准检测的改造,同时配合现地、远程控制改造和视频验证等自动化系统集成,实现了闸门开度的精准控制。该应用为各类闸门开度精准检测和闸门精准操控,提供了技术参考和方法借鉴,同时对实现闸门远程精准操控、工控网与办公网逻辑隔离以及闸门操控视频验证都具有重要实践意义。In order to solve the problems of large error and inconvenient operation in traditional sluice opening measurement,advanced and mature magnetostatic grating stroke sensor technology was applied to carry out the transformation of accurate detection of the opening of the 17-hole arc gate of a large type I barrage in the northern region,and at the same time,with the integration of automation systems such as on-site,remote control transformation and video verification,the precise control of the gate opening is realized.This application provides technical reference and method reference for the precise detection of various gate openings and precise control of gates.At the same time,it has important practical significance for realizing remote precise control of gates,logical isolation of industrial control network and office network,and video verification of gate control.
