天花井国家森林公园银杏大蚕蛾发生规律研究

摘　　要：通过室内饲养与林间观测相结合的方式,研究天花井国家森林公园银杏大蚕蛾的发生规律和特点。结果表明:银杏大蚕蛾在天花井国家森林公园每年发生1次,以卵越冬;室内饲养的银杏大蚕蛾五龄幼虫平均体长比林间观测幼虫小5 mm,室内蚕茧颜色为浅白绿色,而林间观测蚕茧为褐色至黑色;室内饲养与林间观测的银杏大蚕蛾的生活史,大致为3月下旬至4月上旬开始孵化,四至五龄期摄食量最大,成虫在6月下旬至9月下旬羽化。最佳防治时间是在三龄幼虫之前。The occurrence pattern and characteristics of Dictyoploca japonica Moore in Tianhuajing National Forest Park were studied by indoor rearing and forest observation.The results showed that Dictyoploca japonica Moore had one generation per year in the Tianhuajing National Forest Park and overwintered with eggs;the average body length of the fifth instar larvae of indoor Dictyoploca japonica Moore was smaller than that of the ones in the forest by 5 mm,and the color of the indoor cocoons was light white green,while the cocoons in the forest was brown to black;the life history of Dictyoploca japonica Moore reared indoors and in the forest basically began to hatch from late March to early April,and the feeding amount was the largest at the fourth to fifth instars,and the adults emerged from late June to late September.The optimum control period was before the third instar of the larvae.
