摘 要:本研究以衡水湖常见入侵菊科植物黄顶菊为试验材料,利用超声波细胞破碎法在不同乙醇浓度、不同料液比、不同提取时间、不同提取功率提取条件下制取黄顶菊提取液,然后对丹参根腐病菌进行抑菌试验,根据抑菌率确定最佳的提取条件。结果表明:最佳乙醇提取浓度为75%,最佳料液比为1∶10,最佳提取时间为100 min,最佳提取功率为30%。通过最大限度提取黄顶菊中有效抑菌成分,可为丹参根腐病病害的有效控制以及菊科外来入侵植物的防治开辟一条新途径,实现经济、有效、环保的生态防控。In this experiment,the common invasive Asteraceae plant Flaveria bidentis in Hengshui Lake was used as experimental material,the ultrasonic cell disruption method was used to prepare the extract of Flaveria bidentis under the different extraction conditions(ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,time and power),then the bacteriostasis test was carried out on the root rot fungus of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and the optimum extraction conditions were determined according to the bacteriostasis rate.The results showed that the optimum ethanol extraction concentration was 75%,the optimum solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10,the optimum extraction time was 100 min,and the optimum extraction power was 30%.Extracting the effective antibacterial components in Flaveria bidentis to the maximum extent can pen up a new way for the effective control of root rot disease of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the prevention and control of alien invasive plants of Asteraceae plants,and achieve economic,effective and environment-friendly ecological prevention and control.
