摘　　要：目的探讨阿昔莫司对糖尿病前期合并高脂血症胰岛功能、糖脂代谢及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月于临海市第一人民医院治疗的96例糖尿病前期合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗同时采用阿昔莫司分散片治疗,两组患者均连续治疗3个月。治疗前后检测两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、脂联素(APN)、空腹血糖(FPG)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),检测两组患者纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果治疗后,两组TC、LDL-C、TG水平降低(P<0.05),观察组TC、LDL-C、TG水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05),观察组HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FFA、HbA1c、FPG水平降低(P<0.05),观察组FFA、HbA1c、FPG水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组APN水平升高(P<0.05),观察组APN水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FINS、HOMA-IR水平降低(P<0.05),观察组FINS、HOMA-IR水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、IFN-γ、CRP、ECP水平降低(P<0.05),观察组TNF-α、IFN-γ、CRP、ECP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血细胞比容、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度降低(P<0.05),观察组血细胞比容、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组P-LPO、MDA水平降低(P<0.05),观察组P-LPO、MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组SOD、Objective To explore the effect of acipolimus on islet function,glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in patients with prediabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods 96 patients with pre diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia who were treated in Linhai First People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,while the observation group received both basic treatment and treatment with abcimox dispersible tablets.Both groups of patients received continuous treatment for 3 months.Total cholesterol(TC),High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fasting insulin(FINS),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG),free fatty acid(FFA),Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),Adiponectin(APN),Glucose test#Fasting blood sugar(FPG),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)、C-reactive protein(CRP) level were measured before and after treatment in both groups and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) were calculated.Fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,lipid peroxide(P-LPO),Malondialdehyde(MDA),Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and Superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were measured in the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TC,LDL-C,and TG in both groups decreased(P<0.05),while the levels of TC,LDL-C,and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FFA,HbA1c,and FPG in both groups decreased(P<0.05),while the levels of FFA,HbA1c,and FPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of APN in both groups increased(P<0.0
