云南红药胶囊及速冷冰袋冷敷应用于膝关节骨折患者中的有效性及不良反应发生率

摘　　要：目的 探讨云南红药胶囊及速冷冰袋冷敷治疗膝关节骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年2月冀中能源邢台矿业集团总医院收治的膝关节骨折患者98例作为研究对象,按照术后处理方法不同分为对照组(n=47)及观察组(n=51),对照组术后1周给予速冷冰袋冷敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用云南红药胶囊治疗。比较两组患者围术期指标,术前及术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分、膝关节活动度及肢体肿胀程度,同时观察不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者手术时间、止血带使用时间、失血量、血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组与对照组相比VAS评分较低、HSS评分较高,膝关节活动度较高,肢体肿胀程度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 云南红药胶囊及速冷冰袋冷敷在膝关节骨折患者术后的应用可明显减轻疼痛感,有效促进膝关节功能恢复,减轻肢体肿胀程度,提高膝关节活动度,且用药期间不增加不良反应,安全性有保证。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Yunnan red medicine capsule and rapid cold ice bag cold compress in the treatment of knee fracture.Methods Ninety-eight patients with knee joint fracture admitted to the General Hospital of Xingtai Mining Group of Jzhong Energy from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to different postoperative treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=51).The control group was given rapid ice pack treatment one week after surgery.The observation group was treated with Yunnan Hongyao capsule on the basis of control group.Perioperative indexes,preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS) scores,knee range of motion and limb swelling of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,tourniquet use time,blood loss and hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower VAS score,higher HSS score,higher knee motion and lower limb swelling,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Yunnan red medicine capsule and rapid cold ice bag cold compress in patients with knee fracture after surgery can significantly reduce postoperative pain,effectively promote the recovery of knee function,reduce limb swelling,improve the range of motion of knee joint,and avoid increasing adverse reactions during the medication,and the safety is guaranteed.
