摘 要:目的探讨医院卫生管理中应用持续质量改进的效果。方法选取2022年1—6月甘肃省嘉峪关市第一人民医院36名实施持续质量改进前的医务人员作为对照组,选取2022年7—12月甘肃省嘉峪关市第一人民医院36名实施持续质量改进后的医务人员作为干预组,比较两组管理质量、不良事件发生率及患者满意度。结果干预组管理质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);干预组不良事件总发生率为6.25%,较对照组的20.83%更低(P<0.05);干预组患者总满意度为91.67%,较对照组的75.00%更高(P<0.05);干预组员工满意度评分与对照组相比更高(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进应用于医院卫生管理中,能够提高管理质量,降低不良事件发生率,促进患者、员工满意度提升。Objective To explore the effectiveness of continuous quality improvement in hospital health management.Methods A total of 36 medical personnel from Jiayuguan First People's Hospital,Gansu Province before implementing continuous quality improvement from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 36 medical personnel from Jiayuguan First People's Hospital,Gansu Province after implementing continuous quality improvement from July to December 2022 were selected as the intervention group.The management quality,incidence of adverse events,and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group,the management quality score of the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(20.83%),the total incidence of adverse events in the intervention group(6.25%)was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group(75.00%),the total satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group(91.67%)was higher(P<0.05).The score of employee satisfaction in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in hospital health management can improve management quality,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and promote patient,staff satisfaction.
