摘  要:目的分析以膳食营养干预为基础的5A护理管理在糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选取福建医科大学附属第二医院2022年1—6月收治的60例糖尿病患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与研究组,各30例;其中对照组接受常规护理管理,而研究组则接受以膳食营养干预为基础的5A护理管理,比较两组的身体质量指数、血糖水平、自我管理行为与生存质量。结果研究组护理后的身体质量指数、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hour postprandial plasma glucose,2 hPG)水平以及糖尿病特异性生存质量量表修订版(adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale,A-DQOL)量表各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病自我管理行为量表(the summary of diabetes self-care activities measure,SDSCA)各维度评分则高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的护理管理中,应用以膳食营养干预为基础的5A护理管理能有效降低患者血糖水平,控制其体质量,而且能让其自我管理水平及生存质量显著提高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of 5A nursing management based on dietary nutrition intervention in the nursing management of diabetes patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetes admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 30 patients in each group according to the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing management,while the research group received 5A nursing management based on dietary nutrition intervention.The body mass index,blood sugar levels,self-management behavior,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of body mass index,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG),and adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale(A-DQOL)of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the summary of diabetes self-care activities measure(SDSCA)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of diabetes patients,the application of 5A nursing management based on dietary nutrition intervention can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients,control their body quality,and significantly improve their self-management level and quality of life,which is worth promoting.
