摘　　要：目的分析质控-专业小组结合管理对医院护理质量及满意度的影响。方法选取2021年1—12月福建省建瓯市立医院收治的100例住院患者设为参考组,在此期间护理管理方式为常规管理,另选2022年1—12月福建省建瓯市立医院收治的100例住院患者设为研究组,在此期间护理管理方式采用质控-专业小组结合管理。比较两组住院患者不良事件发生率(指标包括坠床、跌倒、非计划性拔管、感染)、护理质量评分(指标包括服务态度、基础护理、沟通能力、护理文书书写、健康教育)、患者满意度情况。结果研究组中出现1例感染,未出现坠床、跌倒、非计划性拔管等不良事件,不良事件总发生率为1.00%,参考组中出现2例感染,3例坠床,1例跌倒,1例非计划性拔管,不良事件总发生率为7.00%,研究组不良事件总发生率低于参考组(P<0.05);研究组服务态度、基础护理、沟通能力、护理文书书写、健康教育等护理质量评分均高于参考组(P<0.05);同时,研究组患者总满意度高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论质控-专业小组结合管理能有效提高医院的护理质量,预防不良事件发生,改善护患关系。Objective To analyze the impact of quality control and professional team management on hospital nursing quality and satisfaction.Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients admitted to Fujian Jian'ou Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the reference group.During this period,the nursing management method was routine management.Additionally,100 hospitalized patients admitted to Fujian Jian'ou Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group.During this period,the nursing management method adopted a combination of quality control and professional group management,Compare the incidence of adverse events(indicators including bed fall,falls,unplanned extubation,and infection),nursing quality scores(indicators including service attitude,basic nursing,communication skills,nursing document writing,and health education),and patient satisfaction between two groups of hospitalized patients.Results One case of infection occurred in the study group,and there were no adverse events such as bed fall,fall,or unplanned extubation.The total incidence of adverse events was 1.00%.In the reference group,there were two cases of infection,three case of bed fall,one case of fall,and one cases of unplanned extubation.The total incidence of adverse events was 7.00%,and the total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the research group in terms of service attitude,basic nursing,communication ability,nursing document writing,and health education were higher than those of the reference group patients(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of quality control and professional team management can effectively improve the quality of nursing in hospitals,prevent adverse events,and improve nurse patient relationships.
