摘  要:在“双碳”目标背景下,传统造船行业通过一系列节能措施促进这一目标的实现。通过现场调研摸排船厂用电现状,分析用电特点和用户实际需求,对4座10 kV配电站和17座10/0.4 kV变电站进行升级改造,组建数据采集及传输网络并搭建电能管理与监控系统软件平台,实现对船厂电能的优化管理和状态监控,保证船厂的用电安全,降低船厂用电能耗,提高经济效益。Through energy conservation measures,the traditional shipyard industry can facilitate realization of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Based on a site survey about current situation of the power consumption of shipyards,this article analyzes characteristics and actual needs of the power consumption by shipyards,upgrades four 10 kV power distribution stations and seventeen 10/0.4kV transformer substations,builds data acquisition and transmission network and createsa system software platform forelectric energy management and monitoring,in a bid to realize optimal management and status monitoring for the electric energy of shipyards,ensure electricity safety for shipyards,cut down the power consumption of shipyards and improve the economic benefits of shipyards.
