摘 要:为快速有效修补沥青路面坑槽,采用工程实践与效益分析的方法,在归纳与总结研究成果的基础上提出了微波加热快速再生修补沥青路面坑槽施工新技术,并介绍了该技术的特点及工艺原理、施工流程与质量控制等。该技术较传统的坑槽修补方法,微波加热修补法包含热开挖、热再生和热修补3项核心工艺,可改善修补后沥青路面的高温稳定性,具有开挖速度快和修补质量高等技术优势,并通过旧料回收利用产生资源节约和环保节能效益。In order to rapidly and effectively repair the potholes in asphalt pavement,using the research methods of engineering practices and cost-effectiveness analysis,a new construction technology of rapidly recycling and repairing the pits in asphalt pavement by micro-wave heating has been developed based on the summary of research findings,and its technical characteristics,technology principle,construction flowchart and quality control are introduced.Compared with the traditional method of pit repairing,the proposed method includes three core processes:thermal excavation,regeneration,and repairing,can improve the high-temperature stability of repaired asphalt pavement and has the technical advantages of fast speed excavation and high quality repairing,which brings the resource conservation,environmental protection and energy-saving benefits through recycling of waste asphalt mixtures.
