摘　　要：目的:评估上海市2017年实施公共场所全面禁烟政策对城市居民吸烟行为的影响。方法:使用中国家庭追踪调查的面板数据,建立倾向得分匹配法——双重差分法(配PSM-DID)计量经济模型。结果:上海市实施公共场所禁烟政策显著降低了城市居民的吸烟率和吸烟量。男性、高教育、高收入和年轻群体的吸烟行为改变更明显。结论:实施公共场所全面禁烟对于减少吸烟有着积极影响,应加快在全国范围推行公共场所全面禁烟政策。Objective:To evaluate the impact of the smoking ban in public places,implemented in 2017,on the smoking behaviors of urban residents in Shanghai.Methods:A Propensity Score-Difference in Difference(PSM-DID)model was established,using China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)from 2014 to 2018.Results:The smoking ban in Shanghai significantly reduced the prevalence and amount of smoking.The changes in smoking behaviors were greater among men with higher education and higher income,as well as the younger group.Conclusion:The implementation of smoking ban in public places has a positive impact on reducing smoking and should be further implemented nationwide.
