发酵金针菇菌糠对关中奶山羊产奶性能、营养物质表观消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究发酵金针菇菌糠对关中奶山羊产奶性能、营养物质表观消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。选取体重、年龄、胎次及产奶量相近的健康关中奶山羊75只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只羊。各组奶山羊分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、20%、25%、30%、35%发酵金针菇菌糠的日粮。预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,30%组奶山羊的平均日产奶量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。30%组奶山羊的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于对照组、20%组(P<0.05)。30%组奶山羊瘤胃pH值显著低于对照组、20%组、25%组(P<0.05),与35%组差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,20%组、25%组、30%组、35%组奶山羊氨态氮含量分别提高了23.04%、37.40%、46.86%、47.27%。研究表明,在饲粮中添加30%发酵金针菇菌糠可以提高关中奶山羊产奶性能,促进机体对营养物质的消化吸收,改善瘤胃发酵状况。The experiment was to study the effect of fermented Flammulina velutiper chaff on milk production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and rumen fermentation parameters of Guanzhong dairy goats.Seventy-five healthy central dairy goats with similar weight,age,parity and milk yield were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates in each group and five goats in each replicate.Dairy goats in each group were fed with diets supplemented with 0(control group),20%,25%,30%and 35%Flammulina velutiper chaff,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 15 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the average daily milk yield of dairy goats in 30%group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of DM,CP,EE,NDF and ADF in 30%group was significantly higher than that in control group and 20%group(P<0.05).Rumen pH value of dairy goats in 30%group was significantly lower than that in control group,20%group and 25%group(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between 30%group and 35%group(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the ammonia nitrogen content of dairy goats in 20%group,25%group,30%group and 35%group was increased by 23.04%,37.40%,46.86%and 47.27%,respectively.The experiment indicates that adding 30%fermented Flammulina velutiper chaff in diet can improve the milk performance of Guanzhong dairy goats,promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients and increase the rumen fermentation status.
