摘 要:试验旨在研究塔里木鸽和白卡奴鸽体重与体尺性状之间的关联性,为塔里木鸽和白卡奴鸽表型性状的选育提供数据支撑。试验选取28日龄塔里木鸽和白卡奴鸽各60只(公、母各半),测定体重与体尺性状,并进行主成分分析和聚类分析。相关性分析结果显示,塔里木鸽和白卡奴鸽的体重与体尺的变异系数均低于10%;塔里木鸽的体重与6项体尺指标均呈现极显著正相关(P<0.01),白卡奴鸽体重与5项体尺指标均呈现极显著正相关(P<0.01)。主成分分析结果显示,塔里木鸽和白卡奴鸽的体重与6项体尺指标可综合为3个主成分指标,累计贡献率分别为78.301%和79.371%,塔里木鸽的3个主成分中贡献率最大的指标分别为体重、胫围和胸宽,而白卡奴鸽的3个主成分中贡献率最大的指标分别为龙骨长、胫围和胸宽。聚类分析结果显示,体重、体尺指标可聚为体重、胸宽和胫围3类,与主成分分析结果一致。研究表明,对塔里木鸽和白卡奴鸽的体重、体尺性状选育时至少应包括体重、胫围、胸宽和龙骨长4个指标。The purpose of the experiment was to study the correlation between body weight and body size traits of Tarim pigeon and white Carnean pigeons,to provide data support for the selection of phenotypic traits of Tarim pigeon and white Carnean pigeons.A total of 60 Tarim pigeons and 60 white Carnean pigeons(half in male and female)were selected to determine their body weight and body size traits,and the principal component analysis and clustering analysis were carried out.The results of correlation analysis showed that the coefficient of variation of body weight and body size of Tarim pigeon and white Carnean pigeon were both below 10%.The body weight of Tarim pigeons had extremely positive correlations with six body size indexes(P<0.01),and the body weight of white Carnean pigeons had extremely positive correlations with five body size indexes(P<0.01).The results of principal component analysis showed that the weight and six body size indexes of Tarim pigeon and white Carnean pigeon could be integrated into three principal component indexes,and the cumulative contribution rate was 78.301%and 79.371%,respectively.The largest contribution rates of the three principal components of Tarim pigeon were body weight,shin circumference and chest width.Among the three principal components of white Carnean pigeon,the largest contribution index were keel length,tibia circumference and chest width.The results of cluster analysis showed that body weight and body size could be grouped into three categories:Body weight,chest width and shin circumference,which were consistent with the results of principal component analysis.The study indicates that the selection of weight and body size traits of Tarim pigeon and white Carnean pigeon should at least include four indicators:Weight,shin circumference,chest width and keel length.
