摘  要:试验旨在比较内蒙古锡林郭勒草原上自然放牧的蒙古母牛和西门塔尔母牛血清免疫、抗氧化指标。选择年龄、胎次相近的蒙古母牛和西门塔尔母牛各10头,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定糖皮质激素(GC)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、生长激素(GH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果显示,蒙古牛血清GC和ACTH含量显著低于西门塔尔牛(P<0.05),T3含量显著高于西门塔尔牛(P<0.05)。蒙古牛血清IL-2、IFN-γ、IgG含量显著高于西门塔尔牛(P<0.05)。蒙古牛血清T-SOD和GSH-Px活性显著高于西门塔尔牛(P<0.05),MDA含量显著低于西门塔尔牛(P<0.05)。研究表明,在相同放牧条件下,蒙古牛的抗病能力强于西门塔尔牛。The aim of the study was to compare the serum immune and antioxidant indexes of Mongolian and Simmental cows grazing naturally on Xilin Gol grassland in Inner Mongolia.Ten Mongolian and Simmontal cows with similar age and parity were selected and GC,ACTH,GH,T3,T4,IL-1,IL-2,TNF-α,IgG,T-SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC and MDA were determined by ELISA.The results showed that the serum GC and ACTH content of Mongolian cattle were significantly lower than those of Simental cattle(P<0.05),and T3 content were significantly higher than those of Simental cattle(P<0.05).The content of IL-2,IFN-γand IgG in serum of Mongolian cattle were significantly higher than those of Simental cattle(P<0.05).The activity of T-SOD and GSH-Px in serum of Mongolian cattle were significantly higher than those of Simmental cattle(P<0.05),and the content of MDA was significantly lower than that of Simmental cattle(P<0.05).The study indicates that the disease resistance of Mongolian cattle is stronger than Simmental cattle under the same grazing conditions.
