摘 要:试验旨在研究淡水鱼苗膨化配合饲料在自然仓储条件和高温高湿条件下品质的变化规律。试验将淡水鱼苗膨化配合饲料存放在自然仓储环境(温度10~33℃,相对湿度35%~69%)和高温高湿(温度37.5℃、相对湿度75%)的条件下,对其脂肪氧化指标(酸价、丙二醛)、卫生指标(细菌总数、霉菌总数、沙门氏菌)、营养指标以及水分、水分活度变化情况进行研究。结果显示,储存时间和环境相对湿度对淡水鱼苗膨化配合饲料营养指标(粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、氨基酸)含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。随着储存时间延长,生物胺指标变化不显著,丙二醛含量虽有明显上升趋势,但仍在可控范围内;水分活度均未超过0.6,卫生指标符合饲料卫生标准的要求。研究表明,冬季生产的低水分、小粒径淡水鱼苗膨化配合饲料仓库保存170 d,质量无明显变化。The purpose of the experiment was to study the quality change of the expanded compound feed of freshwater fish seedlings under natural storage and high temperature and high humidity conditions.The experiment stored the freshwater fish seedlings compound feed in natural storage environment(temperature 10~33℃,relative humidity 35%~69%)and high temperature and humidity(temperature 37.5℃,relative humidity 75%).The changes of fat oxidation index(acid value,malondialdehyde),health index(total number of bacteria,total number of molds,Salmonella),nutrition index,water and water activity were studied.The results showed that storage time and environmental relative humidity had no significant effect on the contents of crude protein,crude fat and amino acid in the expanded compound feed of freshwater fish seedlings(P>0.05).With the extension of storage time,the biogenic amine indexes did not change significantly,and the malondialdehyde content showed an obvious upward trend,but it was still under control.The water activity did not exceed 0.6,and the health indexes met the requirements of feed health standards.The study indicates that the bulking compound feed of low-moisture and small-size freshwater fish seedlings produced in winter is stored for 170 d,and the quality has no significant change.
