PDCA循环法在住院病案归档管理中的探索与实践

摘　　要：目的将医院病案归档率的现状及提升手段作为论述中心,剖析PDCA循环法在促进医院病案归档率提升中具有的作用价值。方法选取郧西县人民医院档案管理人员32名,2021年1—12月开展为干预前采用常规病案归档管理,2022年1—12月为管理后开展PDCA循环管理,对比不同时间节点的病案归档率情况。结果开展PDCA循环管理前档案管理人员对病案归档管理方式的满意度为84.38%(27/32)与管理后的96.88%(31/32)对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);开展PDCA循环管理前,2日、3日、7日病案归档率分别为10.13%、16.34%、51.27%,与开展PDCA循环管理后的96.46%、98.10%及100.00%对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);展开PDCA循环管理后档案管理人员对管理知识掌握度明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理病案归档率得到提升,同时改善档案管理人员的档案管理知识掌握度及满意度,从而使病案可获得性得到保证,值得推广。Objective To focus on the status quo of the hospital medical record filing rate and the means to improve it,and to analyze the value of PDCA cycle method in promoting the hospital medical record filing rate.Methods 32 archival managers in Yunxi County People´s Hospital were selected,before intervention taken routine medical record archiving management from January to December 2021,and after PDCA cycle management from January to December 2022.The archiving rate of medical records at different time nodes was compared.Results Before PDCA cycle management,the satisfaction rate of file managers on the medical record archiving management was 84.38%(27/32)compared with 96.88%(31/32)after PDCA cycle management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before PDCA cycle management,the filing rates of medical records on the 2nd,3rd and 7th day were 10.13%,16.34%and 51.27%,respectively,compared with 96.46%,98.10%and 100.00%after PDCA cycle management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After PDCA cycle management,file managers´mastery of management knowledge was significantly higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The filing rate of medical records under PDCA cycle management has been improved,and the degree of satisfaction of file management knowledge of file managers has been improved,so that the availability of medical records is guaranteed,which is worth promoting.
