摘　　要：目的探析康复医学科病房管理中护士素质培养的实施效果。方法选取长沙市中心医院康复医学科工作的护士22名。在2021年1—12月期间开展基础护理管理为对比组,在2022年1—12月期间开展病房管理为实践组。分析两组管理效果。结果管理后,与对比组的护士专业素质、病房管理水平、岗位认同感、管理患者满意率相比,实践组各管理效果更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在康复医学科开展病房管理能够增强护士专业素养,提升病房管理水平,提高岗位认同感,且管理患者的满意率也较高。Objective To explore he implementation effect of nurse quality training in the ward management of rehabilitation medicine department.Methods 22 nurses working in the Department of rehabilitation Medicine of Changsha Central Hospital were selected.Primary care management during January to December 2021 was the control group.The practice group conducted ward management during January to December 2022.The management effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results After management,compared with the professional quality of nurses,ward management level,job identity and satisfaction rate of patients in the control group,each management effect in the practice group were better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ward management in rehabilitation medicine can improve the professional quality of nurses,improve the level of ward management,improve the job identity,and the satisfaction rate of patients is also high.
