摘  要:目的分析在医院体检中心应用健康管理一体化服务模式的作用与影响。方法选取2020年4月—2022年1月青岛市胶州中心医院体检中心的医务人员40名作为研究对象,应用随机数表法划分为对照组20名,运用常规服务模式,并选择60例体检人员为调查研究对象;研究组20名,运用健康管理一体化服务模式,并选择60例体检人员为调查研究对象。比较两组服务质量评分、不良服务事件发生率、服务总满意度、干预效果、服务管理价值评分。结果研究组基础服务、流程服务、操作技能、资料书写评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良服务事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组服务总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组平均检查时间、平均等候检查时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组科学性、可行性、可评价性、有效性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过执行健康管理一体化服务模式,可显著提升医院体检中心服务质量,整体干预效果显著,不良服务事件发生率更低。Objective To analyze the effect and influence of health management integrated service model applied in hospital physical examination center.Methods Selected 40 medical personnel from the physical examination center of Jiaozhou Central Hospital in Qingdao from April 2020 to January 2022 as the research subjects,divided them into a control group of 20 using random number table method,used conventional service mode,and selected 60 physical ex-amination personnel as the survey research subjects;a research group of 20 individuals applied an integrated health management service model and selected 60 physical examination personnel as the research subjects.Compared the service quality scores,incidence of adverse service events,overall service satisfaction,intervention effectiveness,and service management value scores between two groups.Results The scores of basic services,process services,opera-tional skills,and data writing in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse service events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction with service in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average exami-nation time and waiting time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05);the scientific,feasibility,evaluability,and effectiveness scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of the health management integrated service model,the service quality of the hospital physical ex-amination center will be significantly improved,the overall intervention effect is significant,and the incidence of ad-verse service events is lower.
