组长负责制分层管理模式在神经外科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析组长负责制分层管理模式在神经外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月山东颐养健康集团滕南医院神经外科的30名护士为观察对象,以数字法均分为对照组、观察组,每组15名。两组分别采取常规护理管理措施、组长负责制分层管理模式,比较两组的护理管理效果。结果观察组护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服务态度(9.23±0.31)分、文书写作(9.11±0.34)分、护理技术(9.26±0.28)分、突发情况处理(9.14±0.25)分及危重症处理(9.33±0.19)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论考核(92.53±3.23)分、实践考核(91.63±3.15)分及工作考核(94.01±2.11)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科的护理管理中,采取组长负责制分层管理模式,对于提升护理质量有积极作用,且能够提升护士的理论功底、实践及工作能力,有效减少护理差错。Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical management mode of team leader responsibility system in neurosurgery nursing management.Methods Thirty nurses from the neurosurgery Department of Tennan Hospital of Shandong Nursing and Health Group from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the obser-vation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by numerical method,with 15 nurses in each group.The two groups took routine nursing management measures and group leader responsibility hierarchical management mode respectively,and compared the nursing management effects of the two groups.Results The inci-dence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Service attitude(9.23±0.31)points,writing(9.11±0.34)points,nursing skills(9.26±0.28)points,emergency situation management(9.14±0.25)points and critical illness management(9.33±0.19)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical scores(92.53±3.23)points,practical scores(91.63±3.15)points and work scores(94.01±2.11)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of neurosurgery department,adopting the group leader responsibility system hierarchical management mode has a positive effect on improving nursing quality,and can improve nurses'theoretical foundation,practice and working ability,and effectively reduce nursing errors.
