摘 要:目的探讨在科室管理过程之中采取磁性医院管理的临床管理价值和影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1—6月湖北省京山市人民医院参与管理的40名工作人员资料为常规组(采用常规管理),选取2019年7—12月本院同一批工作人员40名为研究组(采用磁性医院管理),各组纳入收治的40例患者临床资料,观察两种管理策略的效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度、患者整体就医体验、管理不良事件发生率较常规组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理满意度、工作质量较常规组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在科室管理过程之中采取磁性医院管理,管理满意度高,工作人员的满意度高,有利于促进医患关系和谐,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the clinical management value and impact of adopting magnetic hospital manage-ment in the process of departmental management.Methods Retrospectively analyed of the data of 40 staff members participating in the management of Jingshan People's Hospital in Hubei Province from January to June 2019 was con-ducted as the routine group(adopting conventional management),and 40 staff members from the same group of our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as the study group(adopting magnetic hospital management).Clini-cal data of 40 patients admitted to each group,and observe the effectiveness of two management strategies.Results The study group showed better nursing satisfaction,overall medical experience,and incidence of adverse events com-pared to the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group showed better manage-ment satisfaction and work quality compared to the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of magnetic hospital management in the process of departmental management,with high management satisfaction and high staff satisfaction,is conducive to promoting a more harmonious doctor-patient rela-tionship and improving the quality of care.
