持续护理质量改进在呼吸科护士护理管理中的应用及护理质量分析

摘　　要：目的刍议持续护理质量改进对提高呼吸科护士护理管理质量的影响。方法选择2022年1—12月湖南省职业病防治院呼吸科护士20名,采用随机平行方法分为观察组10名护士和参照组10名护士。观察组实施持续质量改进护理管理模式,参照组实施常规护理管理模式,比较两组护士护理质量情况。结果观察组的培训学习考核成绩、护理质量评分均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理管理模式实施效果满意度高于参照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护士护理管理中应用持续护理质量改进措施,在提高该科室护士理论知识水平及操作技能、护理质量,以及护士对于护理管理模式实施效果满意度方面,均可发挥重要的作用。Objective To discuss the impact of continuous nursing quality improvement on improving the quality of nursing care management of nurses in the respiratory department.Methods Twenty respiratory nurses in Hunan Pro-vincial Occupational Disease Control and Prevention Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and di-vided into 10 nurses in the observation group and 10 nurses in the reference group by randomized parallel method.The observation group implemented the continuous quality improvement nursing management model and the reference group implemented the conventional nursing management model,and compared the nursing quality of nurses in both groups.Results The training,learning and assessment scores and nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfac-tion of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing quality improvement measures in the nursing management of nurses in the respiratory department can play an important role in improving theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nurses in this department,nursing quality,and nurses'satisfaction with the implementation effect of the nursing management model.
