新文科背景下医学信息管理专业创新创业人才培养体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：新文科建设强调传统文科与其他相关的学科深度融合,为医学信息管理专业的高质量发展提供了新契机。创新创业教育现已经成为高校应用型人才培养教育教学改革的核心内容。有关该专业的“双创教育贯穿人才培养全过程”的系统研究较少,存在“管理学+计算机科学与技术+医学”深度融合难、创新创业教育融入难和创新创业教育评价难等问题。桂林医学院医学信息管理专业开展了“融合、进阶和协同育人”创新创业人才培养体系的构建与实践,取得了一些成效,现将主要做法及其取得成果进行总结,以期为其他高校的相关专业教育教学改革实践提供借鉴。The construction of new liberal arts emphasizes the deep integration of traditional liberal arts and other re-lated disciplines,which provides a new opportunity for the high-quality development of medical information manage-ment.Innovation and entrepreneurship education have now become the core content of education and teaching reform in the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities.There are few systematic studies on the"double entre-preneurship education throughout the whole process of talent training"in this major,and there are problems such as the difficulty of deep integration of"management+computer science and technology+medicine",the difficulty of in-tegrating innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the difficulty of evaluating innovation and entrepreneurship education.The medical information management major of Guilin Medical College has carried out the construction and practice of the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system of"integration,advance and collaborative educa-tion",and has achieved some results.The main practices and achievements are summarized now,in order to provide reference for other colleges and universities to practice related professional education and teaching reform.
