摘　　要：《北京市院前医疗急救服务条例》实施以来,北京市院前医疗急救服务体系建设不断发展完善,急救服务能力持续提升改善,急救医疗服务质量和运行指标日趋优化。本文旨在回顾北京急救中心在落实《北京市院前医疗急救服务条例》过程中,加强急救人才队伍建设方面所采取的具体措施和取得的实践成果,为进一步推动各地院前医疗急救体系建设的高质量发展,加强急救人才队伍的优质化建设,提供实践经验和策略措施。Since the implementation of the"Regulations on Pre hospital Medical Emergency Services in Beijing",the construction of the pre hospital medical emergency service system in Beijing has been continuously developed and im-proved,the emergency service capacity has been continuously improved,and the quality and operational indicators of emergency medical services have been increasingly optimized.This article aims to review the specific measures and practical achievements taken by the Beijing Emergency Center in implementing the"Regulations on Pre hospital Medical Emergency Services in Beijing"to strengthen the construction of emergency personnel teams.In order to fur-ther promote the high-quality development of pre hospital medical emergency systems in various regions and strengthen the high-quality construction of emergency personnel teams,practical experience and strategic measures are provided.
