药房药品管理中调剂管理与药学监护的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品管理中的应用价值。方法以鱼台县人民医院药剂科的药房人员作为研究对象,以不同时间段分组,对照组开展常规管理(2022年1—6月),观察组在此基础上开展调剂管理与药学监护(2022年7—12月),比较不同管理方式下的调剂时间、药品盘点时间、管理质量评分、差错率、药房投诉率以及患者满意度。结果观察组调剂时间、药品盘点时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组调剂操作、基础操作、监护技能、综合质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组差错率1.00%低于对照组5.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药房投诉率1.00%低于对照组6.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率98.00%高于对照组93.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品管理中的应用价值显著,可有效提高管理水平,缩短调剂时间及药品盘点时间,保证用药精准性,降低差错率,提高患者用药安全性。Objective Explore the application value of dispensing management and pharmaceutical monitoring in pharmacy drug management.Methods From January to December 2022,20 pharmacy staff from the Pharmacy Depart-ment of Yutai County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,grouped in different time periods,and the control group carried out routine management(from January to June 2022).On this basis,the observation group carried out dispensing management and pharmaceutical care(from July to December 2022),and compared dispensing time,drug inventory time,management quality score,error rate,pharmacy complaint rate,and patient satisfaction un-der different management methods.Results The adjustment time and drug inventory time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in terms of adjustment procedures,basic procedures,monitoring skills,and overall quality than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate in the observation group was 1.00%,lower than that in the control group by 5.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complaint rate in pharmacy of the observation group was 1.00%lower than that of the control group 6.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 98.00%higher than that in the control group,which was 93.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of dispensing management and pharmaceutical monitoring in pharmacy drug management is significant,which can effectively improve management level,shorten dispensing time and drug inven-tory time,ensure medication accuracy,reduce error rate,and improve patient medication safety.
