品管圈在眼耳鼻喉科病区护理管理质量中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价眼耳鼻喉科病区管理中应用品管圈管理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月山东健康集团枣庄中心医院眼耳鼻喉科护士18名作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组9名,对照组施行传统管理,观察组施行品管圈管理。比较两组护士管理效果。结果观察组病房管理(91.56±2.12)分、护理文书书写(92.63±3.52)分、基础护理(94.12±1.65)分、医院感染管理(92.42±2.05)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论考核成绩(92.15±2.69)分、技能操作成绩(93.52±1.52)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作满意度为100.00%,高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论眼耳鼻喉科病区管理中采用品管圈管理的效果突出,可以提高科室护士的护理质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying quality control circle management in the management of oph-thalmology,otorhinolaryngology ward.Methods 18 nurses from the Eye,Ear,Nose and Throat Department of Zao-zhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 9 nurses in each group.The control group received traditional management,while the observation group received quality management circle man-agement.Compare the management effectiveness of two groups of nurses.Results The observation group had higher scores for ward management(91.56±2.12)points,nursing document writing(92.63±3.52)points,basic nursing(94.12±1.65)points,and hospital infection management(92.42±2.05)points compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment score(92.15±2.69)points and skill operation score(93.52±1.52)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circle man-agement in the management of the eye,ear,nose and throat ward is outstanding and can improve the quality of nursing care of nurses in the department.
