安全卫生管理模式对医院卫生管理质量及综合评分的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析在医院卫生管理中实施安全卫生管理模式的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月滨州市优抚医院的卫生管理工作人员30名为研究对象,参照组(2021年1—12月)实施常规健康管理,观察组(2022年1—12月)实施安全卫生管理模式,比较两组工作人员的管理质量(工作环境、工作制度、薪资待遇、手卫生、人际关系)、综合评分(沟通能力、操作能力、理论知识、综合能力)、管理总满意率。结果观察组工作人员的管理质量、综合评分与管理总满意率均比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院卫生管理中实施安全卫生管理模式有助于提升管理质量水平与综合评分,应用效果良好。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing safety hygiene management model in hospital hygiene management.Methods 30 health management staff of Binzhou Youfu Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The reference group(from January to December 2021)implemented the conven-tional health management methods,and the observation group(from January to December 2022)implemented the safety and health management model,and compared the management quality(work environment,work system,salary and treatment,hand hygiene,interpersonal relationship),comprehensive rating(communication ability,operational ability,theoretical knowledge,comprehensive ability),and overall management satisfaction rate.Results The manage-ment quality,comprehensive score,and overall management satisfaction rate of the observation group's staff were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of safety hygiene management model in hospital hygiene management helps to improve the manage-ment quality level and comprehensive score,and the application effect is good.
