摘　　要：手术观摩示教是规培医学生和低年资医师积累麻醉手术临床经验的重要途径,为更好地满足麻醉手术的临床示教需求,提升麻醉手术示教的质量,增加临床示教的总量,同时又能满足无菌手术室的洁净度规范,杜绝临床观摩对手术室的污染,构建实时的临床现场示教信息同屏互动平台,暨师生交互式智能化远程高清麻醉手术示教系统具有非常的重要意义。该文分享了系统设计目标及创新点,系统需求整合和技术指标几个方面对此进行了介绍。Surgical observation and teaching is an important way to train medical students and junior physicians to accumulate clinical experience in anesthesia surgery.In order to better meet the clinical teaching needs of anesthesia surgery,improve the quality of anesthesia surgery teaching,increase the total amount of clinical teaching,and at the same time meet the cleanliness standards of the sterile operating room as well as prevent the pollution of the operating room by clinical observation,it is of great significance to build a real-time clinical on-site teaching information same-screen interactive platform,and an interactive intelligent remote high-definition anesthesia operation teaching system for teachers and students.This paper introduces the system design objective and innovation point,system requirement integration and technical index.
