摘　　要：为了避免病原微生物样本泄漏,防范可能会发生的公共卫生安全事件,切实保障人们的身体健康,在开展生物安全管理工作的时候,必须要加强对病原微生物实验室管理的重视。具有完整生物安全管理体系才能有力保证生物安全管理工作顺利实施。笔者结合自身多年工作积累下的经验,对病原微生物实验室的生物安全管理工作现状进行调查与分析,并提出一些优化对策,希望能为生物安全管理工作的开展提供一些参考。In order to avoid the leak of pathogenic microorganism samples,prevent public health safety incidents that may occur,and effectively protect people's health,it is necessary to strengthen the management of pathogenic microor-ganism laboratories when carrying out biosafety management work.A complete biosafety management system can ef-fectively ensure the smooth implementation of biosafety management.Based on the accumulated experience of many years of work,the author investigated and analyzed the current situation of biosafety management in pathogenic micro-organism laboratory,and put forward some optimization countermeasures.Hoping to provide some references for the development of biosafety management.
