摘　　要：本文围绕集体决策和决策原则对高校附属医院“三重一大”决策制度的内涵和意义进行阐述,从认识、制度、程序、监管四个方面分析了高校附属医院落实“三重一大”决策制度中的常见问题,并结合高校附属医院具体实践,提出了相应的解决办法,完善了“三重一大”决策制度,为高校附属医院落实“三重一大”决策制度提供借鉴。In this paper,the connotation and significance of the"Three-importance and One-large"decision-making system of the university-affiliated hospital are discussed in terms of collective decision-making and decision-making principles.It analyzes the common problems in the implementation of the"Three-importance and One-large"decision-making system in highly efficient affiliated hospitals from four aspects:understanding,system,procedure and supervision,and proposes corresponding solutions to improve the"Three-importance and One-large"decision-making system with the specific practice of affiliated hospitals.It provides reference for the implementation of the"Three-importance and One-large"decision-making system in university-affiliated hospitals.
