摘 要:百合,因其丰富的营养价值、药用价值和观赏价值,其栽培已成为一些地区产业调整和乡村振兴的重要措施。为探索几种典型野生百合对干旱与复水环境的响应特征,本研究以卷丹、川百合和野百合为材料,研究了干旱胁迫与复水环境对3个野生百合生理的影响。结果表明:随着土壤水分含量的下降,百合叶绿素和氮含量呈先增加后下降趋势。50%~55%SRWC处理的百合叶绿素和氮含量下降幅度达到最大,其中卷丹、野百合和川百合叶绿素含量分别比对照下降了26.33%,24.22%和52.23%,氮含量分别比对照下降了17.34%,18.72%和34.05%。复水后,3个野生百合植株的叶绿素和氮含量逐渐恢复。随着旱后复水时间的延长,卷丹的恢复度>野百合>川百合,复水2 d后恢复到对照水平,复水激发了野生百合的生理补偿作用。The cultivation of lilies has become an important measure to adjust the industrial structure and pro-mote rural revitalization in some regions of Shaanxi Province,due to its rich nutritional value,important me-dicinal and ornamental value of lilies.To explore the response characteristics of physiological parameters in several typical wild lilies under drought stress and subsequent rewatering,this study was carried out under a field.The experiment carried out with Lilium lancifolium,Lilium davidii and Lilium brownii were reported in this study,we detected physiological parameters(chlorophyll content and nitrogen content)of three wild lilies.The results showed that content of chlorophyll and nitrogen first increased and then decreased with the decrease of soil moisture content.At 50%~55%soil relative water content treatment,the decrease in chloro-phyll and nitrogen content of L.lancifolium,L.brownii and L.davidii reached the lowest level by 26.33%,24.22%,52.23%,17.34%,18.72%and 34.05%compared to the control group,respectively.After rewater-ing,the chlorophyll and nitrogen content of three wild lilies gradually recovered.With the increase of water supply time,in restoration degree of chlorophyll and nitrogen of three wild lilies,which ranked as L.lancifoli-um>L.brownii>L.davidii,and the chlorophyll content of L.lancifolium gradually recovered to the control level two days after rewatering,the different compensation effects on the physiologically of three wild lilies stimulated.
