酮咯酸氨丁三醇与曲马多注射液在术后镇痛中应用效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比酮咯酸氨丁三醇与曲马多注射液在术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年12月—2021年12月定南县第一人民医院收治的术后镇痛患者病历资料,将2018年12月—2020年6月给予曲马多注射液镇痛的40例患者设为对照组,2020年7月—2021年12月给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液镇痛的40例患者设为观察组。比较2组不同时点疼痛程度、镇静效果、不良反应及麻醉药物使用剂量。结果镇痛前、镇痛2 h、镇痛4 h、镇痛8 h及镇痛12 h后,2组疼痛程度、镇静效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组麻醉药物使用剂量为(31.52±4.26)mL,低于对照组的(70.81±6.53)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酮咯酸氨丁三醇与曲马多注射液均具有明显镇痛、镇静作用,且不良反应相近,但酮咯酸氨丁三醇麻醉药物使用剂量相对较少,具有临床推广价值。Objective To compare the postoperative analgesic effect of ketorolac tromethamine and tramadol injection.Methods The medical records of patients with postoperative analgesia treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and 40 patients who received tramadol injection analgesia from December 2018 to June 2020 were set as the control group,40 patients who received ketorolac tromethamine injection analgesia from July 2020 to December 2021 were set as the observation group.The pain degree,sedative effect,adverse reactions and drug dosage at different times were compared between the two groups.Results Before analgesia,2 h,4 h,8 h,and 12 h after analgesia,there was no significant difference in pain degree and sedative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The dose was(31.52±4.26)mL,lower than that of the control group(70.81±6.53)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both ketorolac tromethamine and tramadol injection can have obvious analgesic and sedative effects,and the adverse reactions are similar.
