摘  要:本文采用达芬奇机器人辅助下食管癌三切口根治术联合右肾部分切除术治疗1例多脏器肿瘤患者,并实施手术护理配合,包括提前做好医护沟通,参与术前多学科协作诊疗(MDT)会诊;术前做好心理护理;高效维护达芬奇机器人设备和器械;按照无接触隔离技术要求使用手术器械,提前准备急救物品;做好术中体位、体温管理。患者2处肿瘤均完成切除,手术切口微创,出血量约800 mL,无围手术期并发症。因此,该手术护理配合难度虽大,但做好护理规划、熟练护理配合可为手术成功提供保障。This article used the Da Vinci robot-assisted three-incision radical resection of esophageal cancer combined with right partial nephrectomy to treat 1 patient with multiple organ tumors.The surgical nursing cooperation was implemented,including good doctor-nurse communication in advance,participation in preoperative multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)consultation;preoperative psychological care;efficient maintenance of Da Vinci robot equipment and instruments;use surgical instruments according to the requirements of non-contact isolation technology,and prepare first-aid items in advance;do a good job in intraoperative body position and temperature management.In this case,2 tumors were completely resected,the surgical incision was minimally invasive,the amount of bleeding was about 800 mL,and there were no perioperative complications.Therefore,although the difficulty of surgical nursing cooperation is high,good nursing planning and skilled nursing cooperation can provide guarantee for successful surgery.
