某三甲医院内分泌科住院总医师院内会诊疾病构成及科室分布情况分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析某三甲医院内分泌科住院总医师院内会诊的疾病构成及科室分布情况。方法统计分析本院2020年7月1日至12月31日由内分泌科住院总医师会诊的全部病例资料。结果总会诊病例1273例。取消重复会诊后共1210例,其中普通会诊1108例(91.6%)、急会诊102例(8.4%)。非手术科室925例(76.4%),手术科室199例(16.4%),急诊科室86例(7.1%)。非手术科室中,会诊量前3名为心内科、神经内科、呼吸科;手术科室中,会诊量前3名为普外科、妇产科、骨科。普通会诊疾病前3名为糖代谢疾病766例、甲状腺疾病285例、内分泌高血压及肾上腺疾病16例;急会诊疾病前3名为糖代谢疾病83例、电解质紊乱12例、甲状腺疾病6例。结论内分泌科会诊工作量大,院内会诊分析对内分泌住院总医师了解内分泌会诊的疾病构成特点、提高自身诊治能力、加强多学科间合作以及提升综合医院总体诊疗水平具有重要意义。Objective To summarize and analyze the disease composition and department distribution of in-hospital consultation by chief resident in endocrinology department of a tertiary hospital.Methods The data of all cases consulted by chief resident of endocrinology department from July 1,2020 to December 31 were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 1273 cases were consulted.A total of 1210 cases were cancelled after repeated consultation,including 1108 cases(91.6%)of general consultation and 102 cases(8.4%)of emergency consultation.There were 925 cases(76.4%)in non-surgical departments,199 cases(16.4%)in surgical departments,and 86 cases(7.1%)in emergency departments.In non-surgical departments,the top three consultations were cardiology department,neurology department and respiratory department.In surgical departments,the top three consultations were general surgery department,gynecology and obstetrics department and orthopedics department.The top three diseases in general consultation were 766 cases of glucose metabolism diseases,285 cases of thyroid diseases,16 cases of endocrine hypertension and adrenal diseases.The top three diseases in emergency consultation were 83 cases of glucose metabolism diseases,12 cases of electrolyte disorder and 6 cases of thyroid diseases.Conclusion The workload of endocrinology consultation is large.The analysis of in-hospital consultation is of great significance for the chief resident of endocrinology department to understand the characteristics of endocrine consultation,improve their own diagnosis and treatment ability,strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation and improve the overall diagnosis and treatment level of general hospitals.
