摘　　要：目的探讨同指指动脉转位吻合在断指再植中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2019年8月至2021年10月就诊的54例(59指)断指患者,按照治疗方式差异将其分为对照组(27例,29指)和观察组(27例,30指)。对照组接受自体小静脉桥接移植术,观察组接受同指指动脉转位吻合。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后2个月,观察组的患指成活情况、指甲长度、远端指间关节活动度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2个月,观察组的患指美观度、血液循环状态、感觉恢复、运动功能、日常活动、恢复工作评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2个月,观察组的患指感觉恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2个月,观察组的患指修复优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同指指动脉转位吻合用于断指再植中的效果良好,可提高患指成活率,改善患指功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of transposition anastomosis of the same finger artery in replantation of severed fingers.Methods A total of 54 patients(59 fingers)with severed fingers treated from August 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(27 cases,29 fingers)and observation group(27 cases,30 fingers)according to the difference of treatment methods.The control group received autologous small vein bridging transplantation,and the observation group received transposition anastomosis of the same finger artery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 2 months after operation,the survival status of affected fingers,nail length and distal interphalangeal joint mobility in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 months after operation,the scores of aesthetics,blood circulationstatus,sensory recovery,motor function,daily activities and recovery of work of affected fingers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 months after operation,the sensory recovery of affected fingers in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 months after operation,the excellent and good rate of affected fingers repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transposition anastomosis of the same finger artery applied in replantation of severed fingers has better effect,which can improve survival rate of affected fingers and improve function of affected fingers.It is worth promoting.
