六味地黄汤加减治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病一则案例分析

摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是中老年人群中常见的一种神经系统退行性疾病,可引起运动迟钝等运动症状以及认知失调等非运动症状。流行病学调查结果显示,PD具有发病率、死亡率高等特点,对于社会和家庭的影响非常大。PD的病因和发病机制尚未彻底明确,目前只能使用药物进行对症治疗,但无法阻止或逆转疾病的发展。药物治疗的靶点主要在中枢多巴胺能系统,长期服用可出现认知失调、睡眠障碍、嗅觉反应下降等不良反应,副作用较大。通过临床医案观察到以六味地黄汤为主方的中药方剂可以改善肝肾不足型PD患者的临床表现,延缓疾病的进展,提高生活质量,体现出中医药在提高PD患者临床效果、降低药物副作用、延长药物有效治疗时间等作用的优势。未来还需将中医药理论与PD的现代医学研究成果相结合,深入探究中西医治疗PD作用机制的差异,不断推动中医药防治PD研究的发展和进步。Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people,which can cause motor symptoms such as bradykinesia and non-motor symptoms such as cognitive adissonance.Epidemiological survey results show that PD has the characteristics of high morbidity and mortality,and has a great impact on society and family.The etiology and pathogenesis of PD are not completely clarified.At present,only drugs can be used for symptomatic treatment,but they cannot prevent or reverse the development of the disease.The target of drug treatment is mainly in the central dopaminergic system,long-term use can lead to cognitive disorders,sleep disorders,decreased olfactory response and other adverse reactions,with greater side effects.Through clinical medical records,it is observed that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription with Liuwei Dihuang decoction as the main prescription can improve the clinical manifestations of PD patients with liver and kidney deficiency,delay the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life,and reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the clinical effect of PD patients,reducing the side effects of drugs,and prolonging the effective treatment time of drugs.In the future,it is necessary to combine the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with the modern medical research results of PD,deeply explore the differences in the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on PD,and constantly promote the development and progress of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of PD research.
