摘  要:目的探究基于案例引入的问题驱动教学法(PBL)线上线下混合型教学模式在医学影像学教学中的应用效果以及对学生批判性思维、自主学习能力和创新能力的影响。方法本研究以新疆医科大学2019级临床医学专业6、7班的100名本科生(已完成医学基础课程的学习)作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50名。对照组的医学影像诊断授课工作采取传统授课模式,试验组则采取基于案例引入的PBL线上线下混合型教学模式。比较两组学生的理论考核和读片技能考核评分、教学模式的满意度以及批判性思维能力量表评分。结果试验组的理论考核和读片技能考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。针对学习兴趣和主观能动性、查阅文献、团队协作、临床思维、临床应用、影像诊断能力以及总体满意度而言,试验组对基于案例引的PBL线上线下混合型教学模式的满意度高于对照组对传统教学模式的满意度(P<0.05)。试验组的分析能力、系统化能力、批判思维的自信心和求知欲评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于案例引入的PBL线上线下混合型教学模式用于医学影像学教学中具有显著成效。Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline mixed teaching mode of problem-based learning(PBL)based on case introduction in medical imaging teaching and its influences on students'critical thinking,autonomous learning ability and innovation ability.Methods A total of 100 undergraduates(who have completed the study of basic medical courses)from Class 6 and Class 7 of 2019 clinical medicine major in Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects.The undergraduates were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 students in each group.The teaching work of medical imaging diagnosis in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the online and offline mixed teaching mode of PBL based on case introduction.The theoretical assessment and film reading skills assessment scores,teaching mode satisfaction and critical thinking ability scale score of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and film reading skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of learning interest and subjective initiative,literature review,teamwork,clinical thinking,clinical application,imaging diagnosis abilities and overall satisfaction,the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group with the online and offline mixed teaching mode of PBL based on case introduction was higher than that of the control group with the traditional teaching mode(P<0.05).The analysis ability,systematic ability,critical thinking self-confidence and curiosity scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline mixed teaching mode of PBL based on case introduction CBL has achieved remarkable results in the teaching of medical imaging.
