摘　　要：目的探讨门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法选取2019年6月—2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院妇产科收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者113例,以随机数字表法分为对照组37例与观察组76例。对照组接受门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组接受门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组妊娠结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素可有效治疗妊娠期糖尿病,有助于加快患者的血糖达标速度,使患者的血糖水平被快速且稳定的维持在合理范围内。文章中体现了妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南的临床参考或执行标准。Objective To investigate the effect of Insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 113 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2019 to December 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(76 cases).The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose after treatment and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time for blood glucose to reach the standard in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir can effectively treat gestational diabetes,help to accelerate the speed of reaching the standard of blood sugar in patients,so that the blood sugar level of patients can be quickly and stably maintained within a reasonable range.The article reflects the clinical reference or executive standard of the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for diabetes in pregnancy.
