查对制度联合3C模式在消毒供应手术器械管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨查对制度联合3C模式在消毒供应手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—6月消毒供应手术器械100件作为对照组,实施常规手术器械管理;选取2022年7—12月消毒供应手术器械100件作为观察组,采取查对制度联合3C模式进行管理。将两组的手术器械管理质量、不良事件发生率进行比较,同时比较两组消毒供应室工作人员的工作质量和临床医护人员的满意度情况。结果观察组的清洗、包装、灭菌、发放合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员在基础操作、自我防护、去污包装、灭菌存放、下发回收方面的工作质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床医护人员对于观察组的整体满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应手术器械管理中运用查对制度联合3C模式可获得理想效果,更有利于提高手术器械的管理质量,提高消毒供应室人员的工作质量,同时也获得了临床医护人员的认可,可进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of checking system combined with 3C mode in the management of sterilized and supplied surgical instruments.Methods A total of 100 surgical instruments sterilized and supplied from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group to implement routine surgical instrument management.A total of 100 sterilized surgical instruments supplied from July to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,which was managed by the checking system combined with 3C mode.The quality of surgical instruments management and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the work quality of the staff in the disinfection supply room and the satisfaction of clinical medical staff were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of cleaning,packaging,sterilization and distribution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality scores of the staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in basic operation,self-protection,decontamination and packaging,sterilization and storage,and distribution and recycling,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of clinical medical staff to the observation group was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the checking system combined with 3C mode in the management of sterilized and supplied surgical instruments can obtain ideal results,which is more conducive to improving the management quality of surgical instruments and the work quality of the staff in the sterilized supply room.At the same time,it has been recognized by clinical medical staff and can be further popularized and applied.
