摘　　要：为优化“一日一图”目标下的高速铁路列车能力与客流需求间的匹配程度,提高运营管理质量,从运营管理角度出发分析“一日一图”下高速铁路列车运营管理的核心目标,并引入复合型评价指标,从列车能力运用效率的稳定性、能力投放收益转化的高效性以及出行质量保障性等3个方面,构建高速铁路列车运力供给与出行需求适配目标评价体系,并基于集对层次分析方法设计适配质量综合量化评价模型。通过案例分析,验证模型可以有效量化评估高速铁路列车“一日一图”目标下的能力供给与市场需求二者间的适配质量,正向反馈运力投放的市场认可度和接受度,有助于优化运行图的周期编制,提高运输服务供给质量,增强铁路运输的市场竞争力和自身经济效益。To optimize the matching degree between high speed railway train capacity and passenger flow demand under the goal of “one day one train working diagram” and improve the quality of operation management,the core objectives of high speed railway train operation management under the goal of “one day one train working diagram” were analyzed from the perspective of operation and management,and composite evaluation indexes were introduced.The evaluation system of high speed railway train capacity supply and travel demand matching was constructed from three aspects:the stability of train capacity utilization efficiency,the efficiency of capacity delivery revenue transformation and the guarantee of travel quality.A comprehensive quantitative evaluation model of adaptation quality was designed based on set pair analysis and analytic hierarchy process.Through case analysis,the results show that the model can effectively quantify and evaluate the matching quality between capacity supply and market demand under the goal of “one map per day” of high speed railway trains,and have positive feedback on the market approbation degree and acceptability of capacity delivery,which is helpful to optimize the periodic compilation of operation map,improve the supply quality of transportation services,and enhance the market competitiveness and economic benefits of railway transportation.
