摘 要:为了降低动车组设备一个生命周期内的维修总成本,选取某关键设备为研究对象,以预防性维修成本、故障维修成本和停机损失成本为主要成本,以维修里程间隔和维修次数为决策变量,提出一种基于两级维修机制的动车组设备预防性维修优化策略。动车组设备的预防性维修方式主要包括预防性维修和预防性更换2种,故以效费比作为每一次预防性维修具体方式的经济性评判依据,科学决策动车组设备的预防性更换时机,进而优化获得使维修总成本最低的预防性维修计划。算例分析表明:当维修里程间隔取值16万km,维修次数取值10次时,该设备一个生命周期内的维修总成本最低,且高级别预防性维修措施对设备性能的改善效果更好并可有效提升动车组设备的使用寿命。A key equipment was selected as the research object to reduce the total maintenance cost of electric multiple unit(EMU) equipment.With preventive maintenance cost,fault maintenance cost and downtime loss cost as the main cost considerations,and maintenance mileage interval and maintenance times as decision variables,this paper proposed a preventive maintenance optimization strategy for EMU equipment based on a two-level maintenance mechanism.The maintenance methods of EMU equipment mainly include preventive maintenance and preventive replacement.Therefore,the cost-effectiveness ratio was taken as the economic evaluation basis for the specific method of each preventive maintenance.The preventive replacement time of EMU equipment was scientifically determined,and then the preventive maintenance plan with the lowest total maintenance cost was optimized.The example analysis shows that when the value of maintenance mileage is 160 000 km and the value of maintenance frequency is 10 times,the total maintenance cost of the equipment in a life cycle is the lowest.Additionally,high-level preventive maintenance methods have a better effect on improving equipment performance and can effectively improve the service life of EMU equipment.
