摘 要:因工作在脉冲大电流、高温、大冲击力等极端条件下,电磁线圈发射器容易老化失效,甚至发生结构损坏。为此,对电磁发射器3240玻纤/环氧复合材料在高温下的老化特性进行了研究。将试样放置于110、130、150℃恒温箱中进行热老化处理,并对热老化试样进行了质量损失、抗冲击强度与弹性模量测试。结果表明:老化时间和温度的增加,均会使试样质量损失率增大,抗冲击强度和弹性模量减小。通过扫描电镜以及红外光谱分析可知:在高温环境下,环氧树脂的氧化分解导致其分子链断裂,破坏了其原有的分子空间结构,使其表面出现裂纹等缺陷。上述研究结果可以为电磁发射器温度老化研究提供参考。Working under the extreme conditions of pulsed high current,high temperature and large impact force is usually the main reason for the aging failure of the electromagnetic coil launcher and even structural damage.The aging characteristics of electromagnetic launcher 3240 glass fiber/epoxy composites at high temperature were studied.The specimens were placed in an incubator at 110,130,150℃for heat aging treatment whereby the mass loss,impact strength and elastic modulus tests of heat aging specimens were carried out.The results show that the increase of aging time and temperature would increase the mass loss rate of the specimens while reducing the impact strength and elastic modulus.Through scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy analysis,it can be seen that in a high temperature environment,the oxidative decomposition of epoxy resin leads to the rupture of its molecular chain,destroys its original molecular spatial structure,and causes cracks and other defects on its surface.The research results can provide a reference for the study of temperature aging of electromagnetic launcher.
