摘 要:双谐振电容式LLC谐振变换器是一种改进型的半桥LLC变换器,以往在进行变换器设计时通常将其等效为传统半桥LLC变换器,并未建立具体的双谐振式LLC变换器的数学模型,导致设计出来的变换器不能凸显出双谐振式LLC变换器的优点。因此,采用基波分量法建立了双谐振电容式LLC谐振变换器的数学模型,分析了变换器的电压增益特性。针对基波等效模型在开关频率远离谐振频率时误差较大的问题,根据变换器的不同工作状态,建立了可以准确反映变换器各个工作状态的状态转移模型。该模型由于方程复杂、求解困难,一定程度上给变换器的设计增加了难度。故利用仿真软件扫频功能得到了变换器的bode图,拟合得到了变换器的传递函数,简化了变换器的设计难度。仿真结果表明:所设计的双谐振电容式LLC谐振变换器的输出能够有效地追踪给定信号,证明了该设计的准确性。The double-resonant capacitor LLC resonant converter is an improved half-bridge LLC converter.In the past,the converter was designed according to the traditional half-bridge LLC converter.The specific mathematical model of the double-resonance capacitive LLC converter has not been established,so that the designed converter cannot highlight the advantages of the double-resonant capacitive LLC converter.Therefore,the mathematical model of the double-resonant capacitive LLC resonant converter was established by the fundamental harmonic approximation(FHA)method,and the voltage gain characteristics of the converter were analyzed.The fundamental wave equivalent model will cause large errors when the switching frequency is far from the resonant frequency.Therefore,according to the different working states of the converter,a state transition model that can accurately reflect the various working states of the converter was established.Due to the complex equations,the model is difficult to solve,which increases the difficulty of the converter design to a certain extent.Therefore,the bode diagram of the converter was obtained by using the frequency sweep function of the simulation software,and the transfer function of the converter was obtained by fitting,which simplifies the design difficulty of the converter.The simulation results show that the output of the double resonant capacitor LLC resonant converter can effectively track the given signal,thus verifying the accuracy of the design.
